Terms of sale

Swedish law applies. An order is a request until MAMUT has checked the item, fitment, stock, price, VAT, shipping and invoice details and then confirms the order by email or invoice.

Products

Main characteristics are stated on each product page. Technical spare parts, repairs and preorders are always checked case by case before delivery.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in SEK. VAT, currency conversion where relevant, and shipping are shown or confirmed before binding delivery. Payment is normally by bank transfer against invoice.

Delivery

Normal handling/dispatch is within 5 working days after order review and completed payment/invoice details, unless the item states otherwise.

Consumer withdrawal right

Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases from receipt. The right can be excluded or limited for special-order, adapted, installed, used or materially deteriorated technical items. Contact info@mamut.nu before returning anything.

Returns

For an approved return, the item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. The customer normally pays return shipping unless the fault is caused by MAMUT or mandatory consumer protection says otherwise.

Complaints

Defects or transport damage must be reported to info@mamut.nu within a reasonable time. Mandatory consumer complaint rights under Swedish consumer law remain unaffected.

Disputes

Contact MAMUT first so the matter can be solved directly. Consumers may then contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Privacy

Customer data is used only for enquiries, customer accounts, orders, invoices, delivery, support and statutory accounting. Contact info@mamut.nu for privacy requests.
