- Prices
- Prices are shown in SEK as net prices unless stated otherwise. VAT, currency conversion and shipping are shown during checkout/order confirmation when applicable. Standard shipping is 100 SEK net unless otherwise stated.
- Payment methods
- Bank transfer against invoice. Payment details and invoice are sent by email after MAMUT review.
- Delivery / performance
- Normal handling/dispatch is within 5 working days after the order has been reviewed and payment/invoice details are ready, unless a specific item states otherwise.
- Delivery restrictions
- No general delivery restrictions are set. If an address, product or carrier requires special handling, MAMUT contacts the customer before delivery.
- Order steps
- The customer chooses a part, adds it to the basket, checks the basket, orders as guest or signs in/registers, enters customer and delivery details, and submits the order. Bank-transfer/invoice information is then sent by email.
- Correction of input errors before ordering
- The customer can change basket, quantities and form fields before submitting. The part-number field has a local green/red check against the MAMUT catalogue when a number matches or does not match. Final fitment is always reviewed by MAMUT before invoice or shipment.

Terms of Sale
An order is a request/preorder until MAMUT has checked the part, fitment, stock and invoice details. Payment is by bank transfer against invoice.
